Ms.Lanzillotta attended Georgian College and completed a Diploma in Interior Design. She proceeded to take work in the field, having served on the teams of numerous design studios. Her career in sales began when she assisted a real estate salesperson renovate a home for resale. When she witnessed the positive interactions between the salesperson and clients and the versatility of the role, Ms.Lanzillotta fell in love.

Amanda Sisco was raised in Woodbridge, Ontario. Her appreciation of commerce propelled Ms. Sisco to complete a Diploma in Business Marketing from Humber College. Ms. Sisco entered into the corporate world working on the marketing teams of firms that specialize in consumer-packaged goods.

Although Ms. Sisco has always had an appreciation for real estate, redesigning her personal residences, she developed her love of real estate while leading an administration team of a real estate brokerage.
